Notes:

  • Recurring: Proration Enabled

  • User can only switch to the plan which is high in price per day. for ex: If current plan duration is 2000 rs/month and user want to switch to a plan which is 2030 rs/month. So the price per day for plan is 66.66/day for current plans and 67.66 for new plan. But if the value of new plan is equal to or less then 66.66/pay the user won’t be able to switch.

  • Recurring: Proration Disabled

  • User can switch to any plan and the switch plan will be applicable from the end date of the current plan and user has to pay nothing at the time of switch only the authorisation is required, new plan price will start deducting once the new plan is started.

  • One Time: Proration Enabled

  • User can switch to any plan and the switch plan will be applicable from the same date user has to pay full amount of new plan at the time of switch.

  • One Time: Proration Disabled

  • User can switch to any plan and the switch plan will be applicable from the same date user has to pay full amount of new plan at the time of switch.

  • Question: What will happen to remaining days of current subscription in case of one time.
  • Answer: In case of onetime subscription when proration is enabled/disbaled, The remaining days of current plan before switch will be compensated with some extra days to the new plan after switch. (EX: User have a running subscription which is 900 rs per month, now user is switching to a new plan after 10 days and the plan is of rs 1800 per month. Here 20 days are left from previous subscription this will be calculated as price per day for both the plans and depending on that the days will be added, here user will get 10 extra days after switch.)
