round-table.txt is defined in the public folder of the application, you just need to hit /round-table.txt on your websites to see the following details.

Commit date
Build date
Commit id + Commit author + Commit message
Deployment id

Note :- You may check Docker file of publishers where /round-table.txt logic is written.
